• Logic Design & Programming: Develop control programs using PLC and HMI systems (Mitsubishi, Siemens, or equivalent) specifically for BESS operations.

• System Integration: Manage and implement communication protocols including Modbus RTU/TCP and CAN Bus.

• Performance Management: Oversee and fine-tune Power Conversion Systems (PCS) and Battery Management Systems (BMS).

• Data Acquisition: Utilize SCADA/EMS systems (e.g., ICONICS GENESIS64) for real-time data monitoring and performance analysis.

• R&D Testing: Conduct battery capacity tests and research using industrial DC Electronic Loads.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues within control systems.

• Documentation: Prepare wiring diagrams, register maps, and comprehensive R&D technical reports.

• Age: Up to 45 years (Candidates with high energy and relevant experience are prioritized).

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–5 years in Automation, Power Systems, or Renewable Energy.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in PLC/HMI design and AutoCAD Electrical/EPLAN.

  • Deep understanding of LFP Batteries and BMS (JK, PACE, JBD).

  • Experience with Hybrid/HV Inverters (Deye, Solis).

  • Knowledge of Energy Management concepts (Peak Shaving, Zero Export, Load Leveling).
