Engineer / Service Engineer (Japanese-Speaking) – Bangkok
FDI Recruitment is currently seeking an Engineer / Service Engineerfor a well-established Japanese-affiliated company operating in the field of filtration systems, wastewater treatment, and recycling systems.
This position is suitable for engineering graduates or junior engineers who enjoy fieldwork and customer interaction. The role involves visiting customer factories to provide maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and after-sales engineering support, while working closely with internal teams and Japanese management.

• Visit customer factories for system maintenance and engineering support
• Inspect, maintain, and provide basic troubleshooting for installed systems
• Visit customers approximately 3–6 times per week using a company car
• Work in teams (2–3 persons) with maintenance staff
• Occasionally accompany Japanese Managing Director or Japanese staff
• Communicate with customers and prepare simple service reports
• Male, aged 23–32 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any engineering field).
• New graduates are welcome.
• Japanese communication level JLPT N3
• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Able to travel to customer sites and work outside the office.
• Annual salary adjustment (up to 5,000 THB)
• Bonus 3–4 months (Based on performance).
• Provident Fund 3%
• Social Security
• Company car provided
