1.Disburse, count, and collect money on behalf of the company
2.Complete all banking transactions and carry out basic bookkeeping
3.Communicate with individuals related to his/her work, like the employees and customers
4.Explain or disseminate information to other office personnel
5.Address all complaints and take orders from superiors
6.Take messages, direct calls, and answer telephone calls
7.File, sort, copy, and compile records on various activities, like business transactions, office documentation and office activities
8.Mail and complete checks, invoices, policies, contracts, and bills and route, sort, and openincoming mails
9.Operate and maintain machines in the office, like personal computers, voice mail systems,facsimile machines, scanners, and photocopiers
10.Update and maintain database, mailing, inventory, and filing systems, either by usingcomputers or manually
11.Arrange appointments, manage calendars, and complete work schedules
12.Contact and manage documents related to NBTC, telecom license cases, and companymatters, including DBD, FBL, and tax.
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or related fields.
- 0-2 years of experience in administration or a related role.
- able to have written and verbal communication skills.
- organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), etc.
