• Responsibility on your sales target to meet company’s business plan
• Communicate with overseas customers to build up a good relationship and support their requirement
• Negotiate with customers about order volume, price, quantity, delivery, marketing activities and so on
• Analyze the sales situation and propose ideas to customers to ensure that your sales target is achieved
• Make yearly business plan of your responsible areas
• Handle claimed products from customers.
• Regularly work closely with Japan Headquarter for any sales and marketing issue
• Provide sales and marketing report to superiors and HQ in English and Japanese
• Supervise and educate subordinates to achieve the company’s target.
