• Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Must possess the ability to close accounts and hold a CPD license (or accumulated CPD hours) with a commitment to professional certification.

• Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and exceptional skills in presentation design (PowerPoint, Canva). Experience with modern accounting software or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a major advantage.

• Multi-Tasker: Proven ability to balance operational accounting routines with dynamic, fast-paced business development tasks.

• Sales Mindset: Highly confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of translating complex financial jargon into persuasive business language.

• Growth Mindset: An enthusiastic learner ready to dive into sustainability concepts, green finance, and environmental regulations (prior ESG experience is not required, but a strong willingness to learn is essential).
