
Provide daily administrative support to the Japanese Managing Director (English-speaking).

Handle office and salon purchases.

Manage petty cash, invoices, and accounting documents.

Take meeting minutes and maintain records.

Schedule meetings and appointments with vendors and candidates.

Assist in recruitment processes.

Support new employee onboarding.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the director.

Business-level proficiency in English or Japanese

English proficiency is required.

Japanese proficiency is preferred.

If only one language is spoken (either English or Japanese), a high level of fluency is required.
