Job Description
– overall HR Management -Develop/revise regulations or work procedures under HRM & HRD for manager approval.
-Pursue and manage HR regulawork according to regulations and work procedures. It includes the following work.
-Monitor & analyze data in HR Data for HR implementation & controlling company’s turnover rate.
-Implement regular HR activities to enhance good relationship
-Provides advice to managers and employees regarding personnel practices & company rules & regulations under HR policy & procedure or compliance with Labor law
-Support other HR & company activities under company’s policy & operation -Work under supervisor assignment & advice
Job Requirement
- Male / Female Thai Nationality, age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resouce or related field
- Minimum 10 years in role of HRM, HRD, Employee relationship or related
- Knowledge HRM, HRD, Labor law, Employee relationship
- Microsoft office (Outlook/Word/Excel) , HR software, & budget is preferable.
