– overall HR Management -Develop/revise regulations or work procedures under HRM & HRD for manager approval.

-Pursue and manage HR regulawork according to regulations and work procedures. It includes the following work.

-Monitor & analyze data in HR Data for HR implementation & controlling company’s turnover rate.

-Implement regular HR activities to enhance good relationship

-Provides advice to managers and employees regarding personnel practices & company rules & regulations under HR policy & procedure or compliance with Labor law

-Support other HR & company activities under company’s policy & operation -Work under supervisor assignment & advice

1. Male / Female Thai Nationality, age 30-40 years old
2. Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resouce or related field
3. Minimum 10 years in role of HRM, HRD, Employee relationship or related
4. Knowledge HRM, HRD, Labor law, Employee relationship
5. Microsoft office (Outlook/Word/Excel) , HR software, & budget is preferable.
