•HR Policies and Compliance:
Create, implement, and evaluate HR policies, procedures, and company work regulations.
Ensure compliance with Thai labour laws and all other relevant regulations.

•HR Policies and Compliance: oCreate, implement, and evaluate HR policies, procedures, and company work regulations. oEnsure compliance with Thai labour laws and all other relevant regulations.
•Employee Relations and Communication: oServe as a bridge between employees and management, addressing grievances and maintaining a positive work environment. oCommunicate Neoperl’s core values to the local team effectively. oManage labour relations and employee complaints professionally and empathetically.
•Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: o Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring. o Facilitate onboarding by introducing new employees to company values, work ethics, and policies.
•Training and Development: Assess training needs, design effective training programs, and monitor their implementation. Support employee motivation, engagement, and retention through development initiatives.
•Performance Management: Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance. Work with management to develop career growth paths for employees.
•Compensation and Benefits: Maintain and manage payroll, compensation, and benefits programs. Oversee the administration of company welfare and benefit plans.
•HR Administration and Data Management: Update and maintain employee records and databases with accuracy. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR operations.

- Female, age 40-50 years old. Have 5–7 years of HR and administration experiences in Management level
- Solid understanding of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and talent development.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- 1.Empathy: Ability to understand and manage employee concerns effectively.
- 2.Integrity: High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and environments.
- Good command of spoken & written English or TOEIC650+ ( If can communicate in Japanese, it will be considered a special advantage.)
