• Planning, executing, and finalizing projects within the Together We Grow Roadmap. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The TWG Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Skill and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in HR project management, change management, or HRM/HRD organizational transformation, in which HR contexts are based on competency.

• Strategic mindset with a strong focus on people and business alignment.

• Experience in HR digitalization projects is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
