System Integration

• Design and integrate mechanical systems with electronic control systems to ensure seamless automation performance

Programming & Automation

• Develop and program control systems including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and Embedded Systems

• Support implementation of advanced automation technologies

Troubleshooting & Optimization

• Conduct in-depth Root Cause Analysis for complex automation systems

• Improve machinery reliability and minimize downtime

Innovation & Cost Reduction

• Develop strategies to reduce production costs through Robotics, AI, and automation technologies

• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with design, production, and maintenance teams to achieve KPIs and project milestones

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or related field

• Strong expertise in SolidWorks or other CAD software

• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink is preferred

• Programming skills in C++, Python, or Structured Text for PLC

• Strong Systems Thinking mindset with holistic problem-solving ability

• Experience implementing IoT or Machine Vision systems in manufacturing (advantage)
