• Plan and control production processes: Wave Soldering / Conformal Coating / Test

• Control product quality to meet internal standards and customer requirements

• Analyze and solve defects (e.g., solder bridge, insufficient solder, coating NG, test failures)

• Improve process to reduce defects and increase yield

• Manage and supervise supervisors and production staff

• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Planning teams

• Support audit/quality activities (ISO, IATF, customer audits)

• Prepare reports: production results, defect data, yield, KPIs

• Male/Female, Age 35–40

• Bachelor’s in Electronics / Electrical / Industrial Engineering

• 3–5 years experience in PCBA manufacturing

• Direct experience in Wave / Coating / Test

• Supervisory/Assistant Manager experience preferred

• Strong problem-solving (RCA, 8D), leadership, people management
