✔ Supervise and manage First Article activities related to new model or process engineering.
✔ Ensure product quality meets customer requirements, especially during the launch of new models.
✔ Make quality decisions on nonconforming products when standards are unclear.
✔ Provide technical guidance and coordinate with related departments to support new product introduction.
✔ Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to resolve customer quality issues.
✔ Prepare and maintain documentation in accordance with company and customer standards.
✔ Apply quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, and sampling plans to support analysis and process improvements.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and quality performance.

✔ Male or Female, age 27–35 years old.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in new model introduction or process engineering.
✔ Knowledge of SPC, MSA, FMEA, and sampling plans is required.
✔ Good command of spoken and written English.
✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
✔ Able to work well in a team and under pressure.
