Job Title: Engineer (Customer Quality & Process)
Location: Khok Kham, Mueang Samut Sakhon, Samut Sakhon
Industry: Electronics Manufacturing (Printed Circuit Boards)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
Salary: Up to 65,000 THB (Negotiable based on experience)
Company Overview: We are representing a leading manufacturer specializing in Printed Circuit Boards (PCB and FPC). They are currently launching a new project and are seeking an experienced Engineer to act as a technical bridge between the customers and the factory. This role is highly focused on customer quality, process improvement, and technical support.

Customer Claims Management: Respond to customer claims promptly by preparing and submitting Corrective Action Reports (CAR) and countermeasure reports.

Technical Consultation: Act as the technical expert to address customer inquiries and requirements. Understand the factory’s production capabilities and clearly explain or advise customers on the manufacturing processes.

Audit Support: Lead and facilitate factory audits for both new and existing customers, ensuring all technical and process-related questions are comprehensively answered.

Process Improvement: Collaborate closely with the factory production team to analyze and improve NG (Not Good/Defect) rates within the manufacturing process.

Age up to 40 years old.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Direct working experience with Printed Circuit Boards (PCB / FPC) is required.

High proficiency in English is required. Japanese language ability is a strong advantage (but English-only candidates are entirely acceptable).

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and email communication.

Flexible and willing to travel up-country and overseas for business assignments as required.
