✔ Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team, Quality, Planning, Inventory, Sales and other team.
✔ Ensure production schedules are met, and products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
✔ Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
✔ Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to ensure optimal performance.
✔ Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
✔ Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any production issues.
✔ Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
✔ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Fluent in English Language both read and write (mandatory required) “The candidate must speak English on the Interview”
✔ Proven experience as a Production Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
✔ Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
✔ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and tools.
✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
✔ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
