• Set and drive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals for the engineering section.

• Manage, educate, and train section staff at all levels to ensure continuous improvement.

• Oversee departmental budgets and implement effective manufacturing cost control strategies.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive effective problem-solving and process optimization.

• Ensure rigorous compliance with company rules, social norms, and employee safety regulations.

• Provide regular reporting, contracting, and consultation to senior management.

• Age between 40 – 46 years old.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

• Solid experience at a Production Engineering Management level within the Electronics or Automotive industries (including New Model integration).

• Strong background with PCBA products and Automotive Core Tools.

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience operating manufacturing equipment in electronic or automotive parts manufacturing.

• Proficient in using AutoCAD and Auto-CAM.

• Excellent management, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a good personality.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and take full responsibility for the section’s performance.

• Good command of the English language.
