• To lead, monitor and supervise a production team to meet production plan.
• Control and enhance safety, yield rate, production efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Responsible for the product quality and quality system.
• Pursue process improvement to reduce costs and/or losses via 5S, JIT, and Kaizen projects.
• Ensures operation’s KPI targets are met effectively.
• Responsible for disciplinary issues with employees within areas of responsibility.
• Change, improve, and update work instructions and documented ISO procedures if necessary.
• Act as a resource to individuals within area of responsibility. This would include training or coordinating training for employees, formal communication regarding any company updates, and general questions/issues as they arise.
• Any other assignment or other related duties from the management team.
- 28 – 40 Male, Nationality = Taiwanese → Chinese → Thai → Others
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (ME/EE/IE or Textile Engineering related field)
- Bilingual at least. (English/Thai/Chinese…etc.)
- > 3 years experience in a position equivalent to Shift leader, Production Supervisor, Assistant Production Manager, Process & Maintenance Engineer or higher in a manufacturing company, preferably in a textile-related field. (especially nonwovens fabrics)
- Expert knowledge in production, machine, maintenance or related fundamentals
- Expert MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Mail)
- Have driving License A/C
- Lean Manufacturing, JIT, KAIZEN/5S System / QMS, PDCA…etc./ ISO 9001, ISO14001
