Production Engineering Manager (Electronics / Automotive Manufacturing) – Chonburi (W)
FDI Recruitment is currently recruiting a Production Engineering Manager for a manufacturing facility located in Chonburi (industrial estate area). This position is ideal for senior-level professionals with strong experience in electronics or automotive manufacturing, including new model projects and factory operations.
The role focuses on production engineering management, KPI control, cross-functional coordination, manufacturing cost control, and leadership of production engineering teams. Candidates with hands-on experience in manufacturing equipment and the ability to work under pressure in a factory environment are highly encouraged to apply.

- Establish KPIs for the production engineering section and manage section staff, including manpower planning, budgeting, training, and development at all levels.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to support production efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Monitor operations, prepare reports, and provide consultation and problem-solving support.
- Ensure employee safety and compliance with company policies, regulations, and social standards.
- Control manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and production costs.
- Male / Female, Age more than 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Experience in production engineering management level in Electronics or Automotive Business including new model
- Have experience operating manufacturing equipment in electronic component or automotive manufacturing more than 3
Years - Experience with PCBA. Product (If any)
- Management skills and solving problem tasks
- Able to cooperate with etc. section
- Good personality and strong leadership
- Good Command of English
- Have responsibility, can work under pressure.
- Can use AutoCAD and Auto-CAM
- Experience in manufacturing cost control.
