• Plan, control, and monitor production schedules to ensure alignment with customer orders and maximum production capacity.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock while preventing shortages.
• Coordinate with internal departments and oversee import-export procedures, including related documentation (Invoice, Packing List, AWB, B/L).
• Generate detailed reports on production performance, inventory status, and shipment schedules for management review.
• Lead, supervise, and develop team members to successfully achieve departmental goals and KPIs.

• Male or Female, aged between 30 – 40 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and ERP/MRP systems.
• Good understanding of import-export procedures and international shipping documentation.
• Good command of spoken and written English (Japanese language skills will be an advantage).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
