💰 Salary : 40,000 – 50,000 Bath / Month

📍 Location : Navanakorn Industrial, Pathumthani

 

📌Requirements

✔ Male, 38-42 years old

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

✔ 5+ years in production, 1+ year in quality management

✔ Expertise in process improvement & waste reduction

✔ Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills

✔ ISO quality & environmental system knowledge

✔ English proficiency (TOEIC 500+ preferred), Thai fluency, Japanese is a plus

✔ Microsoft Office skills

✔ Able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.

 

📌Job Description

✔Oversee production to meet targets, ensuring raw materials, tools, and machinery are available.

✔Implement the P-D-C-A cycle and track progress.

✔Train, guide, and ensure subordinates follow work manuals and company policies.

✔Monitor and improve KPIs, optimize production efficiency, and manage costs.

✔Allocate manpower and collaborate with Quality & Engineering teams to resolve issues.

✔Enhance production processes focusing on quality, safety, and Kaizen improvements.

✔Perform additional management tasks as assigned.
