Lead QA/QC or process engineering activities; ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Handle customer complaints/claims/audits and issue clear dispositions for nonconforming products.

Apply SPC, MSA, FMEA, and sampling plans in daily quality control.

Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify effectiveness.
-
Prepare quality reports, standards, and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders (in English and Thai).

Male/Female, age 27–35
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
-
5+ years in QA/QC or Process Engineering (manufacturing)
-
Working knowledge of SPC, MSA, FMEA, sampling plan
-
Strong decision-making on nonconforming product under unclear standards

Good command of English (speaking/reading/writing)
