Research & Product Development

• Lead product research and development projects related to latex and polymer materials

• Develop and improve latex formulations for daily-use applications

• Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials and finished products

• Analyze and summarize test results and experimental data

Process & Quality Control

• Ensure product performance meets required specifications and standards

• Support quality control verification during production

• Conduct root cause analysis for formulation or performance issues

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and maintain R&D reports and documentation

• Manage renewal of product certifications and related compliance documents

Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise and develop R&D team members

• Coordinate with production, quality, and management teams

• Work closely with Malaysian management for technical alignment and strategic development

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Rubber Technology, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D leadership (Latex or Polymer preferred)

• Strong knowledge of latex compound formulation

• Experience in daily-use latex product development is highly preferred

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Proficient in computer systems (EDP experience is an advantage)

• Age: Not fixed (based on experience)
