1. Communicate with Production Control at the headquarters in Japan.

2. Coordinate with the Sales Division regarding product delivery and schedule confirmation.

3. Manage delivery control and arrange shipments.

4. Follow up on critical item deliveries with the Japanese Manager and Sales Division.

5. Provide excess stock reports to the Sales team and assist with clearing stock and planning next sales actions.

6. Collaborate with the Sales team, colleagues at overseas sales offices, and other departments.

7. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

1. Thai national, male or female, aged 27-33.
2. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in any industry.
4. Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
5. Strong command of English and Japanese (N2 level), both spoken and written.
6. Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Reliable, trustworthy, and a strong team player.
8. Service-minded with a proactive approach.
