– Do the sales promotion and set up the sales target.

– Prepare sales contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of sales with customer.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotion.

– Conduct market research and competitive activities.

– Stay updated on competitor.

– Develop sales team and execute to maximize sales.

– Track sales and payment capabilities each customer.

– Visit customers countrywide and support sales team to achieve individual and team target.

– Actively look after and stimulate the sales team to maximize sales and profit to company.

– Support sales team to search for new business opportunities. – Find new customers and generate sales thus widen company’s customer base.

1. Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
2. Good communication in English.
3. Has 3 years of experience, knowledge and techniques regarding truck tyre and has specific skills in selling truck tyre.
4. Good knowledge of Truck Tyre business overall – Sales area / customer / Product usage / Marketing / Product positioning etc.
5. ability to work well under pressure.
6. Has an own car with driving license.
