1. Develop the company’s target market, provide customers with professional and high-quality logistics solutions, and promote the company’s products and brand image;
2. Maintain the existing agency relationship of the company and be responsible for the risk control and recovery of accounts receivable;
3. Organize personnel to actively develop and expand new agents, internally ensure stable supplier selection, competitive quotation, externally ensure efficient service purpose and do a good job in system tracking service process;
4. Business team building, improve the quality of salespeople, so as to ensure that the company’s business volume increases and improve the company’s profits;
5. Be responsible for the overall development of relevant departments, coordinate the relationship between the Department and all departments of the company, strengthen communication and cooperation, and ensure the orderly and efficient advancement of the company’s overall business;
6. Travel regularly every year to visit and follow up customers;
7. Be responsible for the internal summary training of the enterprise and encourage the proposal of optimization schemes;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the general manager.
- Educational-background: Full-time University Degree or above; Major in International logistics, International Trade is preferred.
- Work Experience: 6-8 years of relevant industry management experience, more than 5 years of team management experience, with overseas agency sales management experience is preferred; direct customer development and team management is preferred, E-commerce platform / independent self-operated platform is preferred, Worked in large enterprises and responsible for daily FMCG, 3C and other logistics management experience is preferred.
- Have secured local direct customer resources, FOB overseas market customer resources, and E-commerce customer resources are preferred.
- Strong Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading, writing skills; good customer service awareness, communication skills, coordination skills, overall planning skills are preferred
- Need to establish your own team, that is, bring your own sales team into the company; Need to have good customer resources and strong profitability. And have good team management ability.
