• Instruct and coordinate sales abilities of the personnel
• Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
• Making department budget, department management, and decision budge expenditure
• Understand customer preferences, perform customer visits and maintain relationship, make strategy of the product combination
• Planning, execution, and management of marketing projects, determining the price list and bargaining space of products for sale
• Divide business areas, set goals, and help business personnel establish training courses
• Assist subordinates to solve customer-related problems and evaluate the performance of business personnel
• Responsible for the business development of key customers or designated projects
- 30+ Male or Female, Nationality = Taiwanese → Chinese → Thai → Others
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
- Bilingual at least. (English/Thai/Chinese…etc.)
- Expert MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Mail)
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing, customer satisfactory records…etc.
- Have driving License A/C
- ISO9001 of QMS and regulatory requirement for factory operations
- Supply Chain Management
- Customer relationship management (CRM)
