Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager – Manager (JP Speaking)
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager – Manager (Japanese Speaking) to join a leading automotive parts manufacturer in Rayong. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in Sales/Marketing within the automotive industry, proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), and excellent leadership and negotiation skills.

Plan and manage sales activities each fiscal year

Prepare quotations and calculate costs

Estimate and summarize annual and monthly sales results

Control and report monthly KPIs

Contact, coordinate, and negotiate with customers

Manage all tasks in compliance with IATF16949 requirements

Male or Female, Thai nationality, age 35 years and above

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
-
At least 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing functions within the automotive industry

Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)

Good command of English is an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of IATF16949 system
