Sales & Marketing (Division 1) – Manufacturing Industry
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing (Division 1) professional to join our team in Pathum Thani. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project sales within the manufacturing industry, particularly in cable harness or component sales. This role requires excellent communication, proactive business development skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively between customers and internal departments.

Coordinate sales projects between customers and internal departments regarding price, quality, and delivery.

Negotiate and close sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.

Prepare sales-related documents including quotations and agreements.

Provide after-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.

Conduct preliminary product capability support activities.

Analyze and resolve client issues with effective solutions.

Proactively seek out new business opportunities and expand customer base.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Cable Harness / Component Project Sales (Manufacturing industry).

Strong sales personality: active, proactive, and business-driven.

Good command of English (Japanese proficiency is an advantage).

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).

Own a car with a valid driving license.

Able to travel for overseas or up-country assignments.
