1. Carry out the daily after-sales service work at the technical level of the company’s products including solving the doubts and problems in the application of equipment at the customer site.

2. Communicate with customers, assist the company to track performance of the equipment and products, timely understand and receive customer feedback information,

3. Provide after-sales technical support, regularly provide feedback reports to the company and put forward reasonable suggestions.

4. Developing and maintain good customer relationships, participate in and implement customer service plans.

5. Report and update progress of each service and maintenance job.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or business related filed.

2. Male only.

3. At least 2 year experience as in maintenance of machinery and equipment in any manufacturing industry.
