Job Title: Service Engineer (Logistics Solution)
Location: Amata City Industrial Estate, Chonburi

Analyze customer concerns and utilize technical strategies to provide effective logistics and equipment solutions.

Act as the primary technical liaison, communicating seamlessly with clients, internal engineers, and technicians.

Respond promptly to service requests, gather customer feedback, and ensure the highest standard of service delivery.

Monitor the performance of machinery and develop comprehensive preventative maintenance measures.

Conduct rigorous safety and quality assurance checks across all equipment lines.

Deliver hands-on equipment demonstrations to educate customers on safe and optimal operation.

Provide strategic recommendations for product improvements and the integration of new features.

Monitor and manage parts inventory, reordering materials when necessary to prevent service delays.

Conduct continuous industry research and attend relevant workshops to remain updated on technological advancements.

Prepare technical reports and present findings to the management team on a regular basis.

An associate’s degree in engineering or a closely related field (A bachelor’s degree in engineering is highly preferred).

Relevant engineering certificates or professional licenses are advantageous.

Proficiency in operating engineering software, specifically AutoCAD and layout design.

Excellent English language capability (both written and spoken).

Solid computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

A valid driver’s license with a willingness to travel for client site visits.

Exceptional active listening, customer service, and multitasking abilities.

A professional demeanor with the ability to perform well under pressure and a strong growth mindset.
