Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Analyze & Design: Evaluate current IT systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop effective new system designs or modifications.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, translating them into functional system requirements.
Technical Specifications: Create detailed project plans, functional specifications, and system designs for development teams.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and implement test plans to ensure systems function correctly and meet quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, programmers, and cross-functional teams to build, test, and deploy new or improved systems.
User Support & Training: Prepare user manuals and conduct training sessions for system users.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all system processes, designs, and updates.

Job Requirement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
Master’s degree (MBA with IT focus) is an advantage.
Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and databases.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
