• Increase New Account/Customer Acquisition by quantity to be determined in.
• Increase market share by % to be determined in collaboration with executive team
• Drive new net revenue by % to be determined in collaboration with executive team
• Maintain sales costs per target identified by the executive team
• Increase sales growth by % to be determined in collaboration with executive team
• Create plans/strategies for developing business and achieving sales goals
• Create a sales culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
•Manage the sales operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
• Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
• Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
• Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
• Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Male / Female 25-35 years old
- Graduated BSc. in Animal science/ Nutrition/ veterinary science/ related to
- have experience / contact in feed mill 2-3 years at least
- Able to travel around up country in Thailand
- Have own car and driving license
- Prefer to have more skill in selling
- Fluent skill in English (Reading, Listening, writing and speaking)
- Love to met people and communicate with strangers
