1. Controls functional working of transportation team efficiently.

2. Reviews truck planning and ensure optimized planning.

3. Prepares daily truck floor utilization and transport costing VS charging.

4. Leads to trial transportation (Transit test) for new customer.

5. Re-checks the cargo claim charge and create corrective and preventive action.

6. Ensures accurate billing of both Cost and Charging and summarize to related team.

7. Creates solution, corrective and preventive action for customer complaint.

8. Supervises service level of all own fleet and subcontractor fleet to ensure customer satisfaction.

9. Control fuel consumption target of own fleet efficiently.

10. Prepares the significant KPI report.

11. Arranges the monthly meeting with subcontractor company regarding Performance review.

12. Evaluates yearly KPI performance for each transport company.

13. Control and conduct individual attendance and absence.

14. Provide and select new truck fleet to support related customer properly.

15. Cooperate to prepare transportation cost rate with Analyst and commercial team.

17. Cooperate implementation of new business, customer with related team.

18. Other requirements as assigned by Managing director.

1. Male Age 30 years old onward.
2. Bachelor’s degree onward in Logistics or related field.
3. 7-10 years’ work experience as a Logistics/Assistant Transport Manager in a busy fleet company.
4. Having experience of creation transportation service rate would be receiving special consideration.
5. Alert and keen on details.
6. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
7. Integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
8. Good report writing skills with ability to provide timely and accurate reports.
9. Good record keeping skills and computer skills.
10. Ability to supervise a team.
11. Flexibility as the job may entail long working hours.
