Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (Flexible working hours; occasional Saturdays as per the company calendar)
About the Role: We are representing a leading global IT solutions provider seeking a dedicated Senior Global License Officer. In this hybrid role combining Customer Success and Account Management, you will act as the primary point of contact for B2B enterprise customers. Your main focus will be managing software licenses and cloud services, driving contract renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, building and maintaining strong, long-term B2B relationships.

Understand customers’ business goals and provide tailored recommendations for software licensing and Cloud service solutions.

Support customer onboarding, drive product adoption, and monitor ongoing usage to ensure continuous value delivery.

Coordinate seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical, Support, and Partners) to resolve any customer issues.

Manage the end-to-end process of contract renewals and license usage.

Proactively identify and execute upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Conduct regular customer meetings, business reviews, and workshops to maximize customer satisfaction and engagement.

Age between 25 – 35 years old.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

2–5 years of experience in Software Product Sales, Cloud Services Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.

Proven track record of managing B2B customer relationships, handling contract renewals, and long-term engagement.

Strong understanding of software licensing models (e.g., subscription, volume licensing, enterprise agreements).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai.

Familiarity with Microsoft software or cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is highly preferred.

Holding an MS-900 or AZ-900 Certificate will be considered a strong advantage.
