Office Related
– Monitoring office supplies and ordering and distributing new supplies as needed.
– Oversee office related contracts i.e., Car lease, Office lease, Office Insurance, staffs’ insurance, suppliers’ contracts, etc.
– Serve as primary liaison between company and Office Building
– Make travel arrangement both for expats and staffs i.e., visa, accommodation, air-tickets, rental car.
– Keep records and update company assets
– Issue company Memo & Management instructions
– Handle expats and staffs’ claims; travel allowance, transportation, etc.
– Answer phone calls and greet visitors.
– Prepare Admin. monthly report HR Related
– Handling VISA & Work Permit for expats (BOI)
– Staff’s recruitment
– New staffs’ onboarding
– Record employee’s attendance and leave
- Female Thai Nationality
- Age: not fix
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good English & good verbal and written communication skills.
- Salary: based on experiences
- Working hours; 8.30 – 17.30 Mon.-Fri. & working on Sat. once a month based on company calendar.
