Job Description
• Air Freight Import
• Customer Service

Job Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers to request product details, clarify/modify customs and import duties
• Advising customers on import customs clearance, informing customers about the delivery status and confirming the delivery date/time or if there are any damaged goods
• Prepare import documents and other relevant documents correctly
• Coordinate the customs department clearance and transport
• Follow up tracking to receive the goods and deliver them on time
• Other task as assigned by management
Job Requirement
- Age over 25 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- At least 10 years of experience as a customer service for air import.
- Experience in Sales Support and Customer Service in Airfreight is preferring.
- Fluent of English (especially speaking and writing)
- Having good skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure, well organized, fast learning and service minded
