Job Description

• Air Freight Import

• Customer Service

• Fluent in English

• Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to request product details, clarify/modify customs and import duties

• Advising customers on import customs clearance, informing customers about the delivery status and confirming the delivery date/time or if there are any damaged goods

• Prepare import documents and other relevant documents correctly

• Coordinate the customs department clearance and transport

• Follow up tracking to receive the goods and deliver them on time

• Other task as assigned by management

Job Requirement
  1. Age over 25 years old.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
  3. At least 10 years of experience as a customer service for air import.
  4. Experience in Sales Support and Customer Service in Airfreight is preferring.
  5. Fluent of English (especially speaking and writing)
  6. Having good skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  7. Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Able to work under pressure, well organized, fast learning and service minded
