Position: Delivery Control Staff (Japanese Speaking)
Industry: Leading Semiconductor Trading Company
Location: BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok
Salary: Up to 60,000 – 70,000 THB/month (Depends on the experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Flexible schedule: 7:30-16:30 or 9:00-18:00)
About the Role: We are representing a global leader in the semiconductor trading industry seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Control Staff. In this role, you will be the central point of contact bridging the local sales team with the headquarters in Japan to ensure smooth and timely product deliveries.

Coordinate directly with Production Control at the Japan Headquarters and the local Sales Division to confirm schedules and arrange product deliveries.

Perform comprehensive delivery control, shipment arrangements, and track performance metrics.

Actively remind and update the Japanese Manager and Sales Division regarding critical item deliveries.

Monitor excess stock, generate reports, and prompt the Sales team to take necessary actions for clearance.

Support daily operations by maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across all internal systems.

Prepare regular operational reports and collaborate seamlessly with overseas sales offices and internal departments.

Age 28 – 33 years old.

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

Minimum of 5 years of working experience in delivery control, supply chain, or a related field.

Language Skills: Excellent command of both oral and written English and Japanese (JLPT N1 is mandatory).

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically Power BI and advanced MS Excel.

Soft Skills: Reliable, service-minded, and a strong team player capable of working well under pressure to meet critical deadlines with swift action.
