Job Summary As a Financial Controller, you will lead all financial and accounting operations, ensuring precise reporting, robust internal controls, and full compliance with accounting standards.
You will serve as a strategic partner to management, providing critical data for financial planning, cost control, and business growth.

Cash Flow Management: Plan and oversee short- and long-term cash flow to ensure liquidity. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts and monitor all inflows/outflows per company policy.

Working Capital & Banking: Coordinate across Accounting, Procurement, and Management to optimize working capital. Lead relationships with financial institutions, including negotiating credit facilities and loans.

Credit & Collection Strategy: Establish and enforce credit policies and approve customer credit limits. Develop effective collection strategies to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debt.

Performance Analysis: Analyze financial trends, Aging Reports, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to assess and improve collection performance.

Team Leadership: Provide monthly financial reports to management and lead the Finance, Credit Control, and Collection teams to achieve high-performance targets.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience: 5–8 years in finance, with a heavy focus on cash flow management, credit control, and collections.

Technical Expertise: Proven success in liquidity planning, banking relationships, and working capital management.

Specialized Knowledge: Expert in financial modeling, risk assessment, and DSO analysis.

Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Certifications: Professional designations such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are a distinct advantage.
