Job Description
-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for food business both factory & commercial parts.
-Manage company’s structure, career path and develop competency program for employees.
-Develop the recruitment process and selection process to support factory & business units.
-Manage training plan and budgeting align with trend and Department of Skill Development regulations.
-Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, guidance and warning or other issues.
-Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Job Requirement
- Thai Nationality (age 35-45 years old)
- Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in HR, Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- At least 2-3 years in management level
- Experienced in Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Recruitment/Resourcing
- Knowledge of HR systems, salary structure, competency program and databases will be a plus.
- Good experience working with food factory
- Good command of English language (both written and verbal).
