1.Reviews, updates company policies and maintains proper filling of insurance policy, HR handbook, company doctors’list, Performance appraisal form and training schedules.
2. Undertaking the administration of new employees, including contract and contact information forms.
3. Planning and preparing annual headcount report and updating the organization chart (budget)
4. Evaluating, improving and implementing the compensation, welfare, benefits and allowance policies and systems.
5. Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
6. Maintain employees records (attendance, leave, OT data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
7. Conducts orientation program to new employees.
8. Prepare draft agreement/contract to overseas and local.
9. Manage all concerned tax for Local and Expat
10. Contact any government related (Labor Dept., Revenue Dept., Immigration Dept.)
11. Handle Visas and Work permit
12. Handle for accommodation & car rental
13. Manage recruitment plan, staffing review and turnover analysis
14. To design the training and development plan for employee as of employee’s performance review.
15. Developing team building, workshops and resolve conflict with group.
16. Conduct ISO auditing schedule & program, ISO procedures
17. Recruiting, training and developing staff
18. Process employees OT and payroll, PND1 Kor, 50 Tavi, SSO
19. Keeping records of office assets (workstation Labels, desktops/laptop’s. etc.)
20. Taking care of facility management and maintain, office supplier, cleaning and housekeeping services
21. etc.
- Males or Females
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2-3 years experiences to work in human resource and general affairs.
- Good skill of Negotiation and Communication skill in English or JLPT Level N3 up.
- Computer skills in MS office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail.
