Job Description
1. Planning manpower utilization to establish the company’s organizational structure (Organization Chart) including the number of departments and required employees for each department
2. Receiving requests for new employees (Manpower Request) or replacements
3. Calculating salaries, wages, and other compensation such as commissions, overtime pay, housing allowance, etc.
4. Planning, sourcing, or designing training programs
5. Controlling employee regulations and discipline under labor laws
6. Designing systems to support HR functions
7. Handling visa and work permit documentation, coordinating with government agencies and departments such as social security, labor development department, etc. Etc.
Job Requirement
- Able to handle performance appraisal system, basic employee training, employee relations and communication, general affairs and admin tasks
- Knowledgeable about income Tax,SSF, PVF, labor laws, HR regulations
- Good Multi-tasking, organization, time management skills
- Good communication skills, analytical thinking, and prioritization. Able to work under high pressure, flexible
- Experience in Human Resource and General affairs at least 5 – 15 years
- Knowledge about Labor Law
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent to Speak, read and write English / Japanese
