Plan and implement Information Technology (IT) hardware and software to be utilized within the company.

1. Plan and implement Information Technology (IT) hardware and software to be utilized within the company.
2. Develop operational plans to adhere to designated timelines and ensure the quality of work as per contracts.
3. Maintain, install, repair, and update hardware and software systems including networks, computers, laptops, backup systems, and others.
4. Coordinate with external projects related to all IT systems.
5. Supervise troubleshooting, and maintenance, and provide advice on computer usage.
6. Assist in managing personnel and resources adequately for work operations within budget.
7. Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Male, aged not over 35 years old, holding a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledgeable in Virtual Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, IIS, Antivirus, Server E-mail.
- Skills and knowledge in new technologies, ability to adapt innovative tools to work effectively.
- Flexible to travel on-site to branches or other projects.
- Able to work well under pressure, manage tasks within designated timelines.
- Continuously trains and self-develops, dedicated to learning new things.
- Good work ethic, positive attitude, and effective team management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and confidently.
