Network Engineer (NOC) – IT Infrastructure & Network Support
We are looking for a motivated Network Engineer (NOC) to join a dynamic IT infrastructure and network solutions team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional environment, supporting enterprise networks, troubleshooting incidents, and maintaining critical security devices. • Monitor & Support Network Infrastructure (24/7 shift rotation)
• Configure & maintain network/security devices (Cisco, Palo-Alto, VPN, QoS, Dynamic Routing)
• Perform network troubleshooting & fault analysis via remote access
• Update trouble tickets, communicate with carrier/vendor (case by case)
• Deploy & maintain network monitoring and analysis tools
• Male/Female, 24–30 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Telecom Engineering
• 1–3 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge & hands-on experience in networking, routing, switching
• Familiar with enterprise network, monitoring tools, Cisco products, Load Balancer, Firewall, and support operation
Certifications (preferred):
- Cisco CCNA / CCNP
- CompTIA Network+
