– Create a plan, control, and standardize of production.

– Control production line run smoothly.

– Responsible for Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance system, budget control, Cost down project.

– Structure and plan production Ready to set the budget, manpower, and production time.

– Solve the problem that happen in production line.

– Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

– Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

– Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.

– Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.

– Participation in the APQP process, approving new products and processes.

– Other tasks as assigned. Work Monday-Friday

1. Male age 38-47 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
3. At least 10 years experience as about Production Control in Automotive manufacturing industry.
4. Experience about Automotive Tier 1 supplier (Assembly process)
5. Have management experience at least 8 years as Production Assistant Manager (have more than 100 subordinates) in Japanese manufacturing industry
6. Good command of both written and spoken English (TOEIC 550 scores up)
7. Conversational level of English (For email)
