-Planning and Development: Categorize data, analyze historical data and market trends to continuously improve business processes.

-Coordination: Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments and airlines/airports.

-Reporting and Presentation: Develop reports and presentations, prepare meeting minutes.

-Research and Development: Research, summarize, conduct research, propose plans, and implement business development plans.

-Teamwork: Work with the team to achieve company goals. Other Duties: As assigned

1. Male Age 22-25 years old
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
3. Fresh graduates or with 1-2 years of experience are welcome.
4. Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, basic knowledge of engineering and marketing, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, responsible, punctual, able to work as a team, proactive, eager to learn, positive attitude, basic English proficiency.
5. Would be preferred able to communicate in Japanese, have a driver’s license and personal car.
