1. Identify and research new client opportunities in the Southeast Asia Pacific region.
2. Build and strengthen relationships with distributors and installers, promoting loyalty to our extensive product portfolio.

3. Expand sales by increasing the number of product lines ordered by existing customers.
4. Negotiate sales contracts and effectively communicate terms with clients and stakeholders.
5. Provide technical support to customers, ensuring product quotes align with pricing policies set by the Managing Director.
6. Gather and relay customer and prospect requirements to technical teams and product managers for new product development.
7. Deliver presentations to potential clients and internal executives.
8. Oversee the successful deployment of new product lines.
9. Record and report sales activities and qualified opportunities in the company’s CRM.
10. Collaborate with the technical manager to identify and secure OEM opportunities for the company.
- Flexibility, autonomy, and transparency.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the compressed air or refrigeration industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
- Proficiency in sizing, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Willingness and ability to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
