Job Title: Sourcing Supervisor (Cost Engineer)
Location: Bangna-Trad K.M. 18, Bang Phli, Samut Prakan
Industry: Electronics Manufacturing & PCBA
Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 THB (Negotiable based on experience)
Company Overview: We are representing a leading, ISO-certified manufacturer specializing in the procurement and production of electronic components and PCBA for home appliances. As the company continues to expand its operations, they are seeking an analytical and experienced Sourcing Supervisor (Cost Engineer) to lead cost reduction initiatives and manage supplier relationships at their Head Office.

Supplier Sourcing: Review technical drawings and specifications to identify, evaluate, and select high-quality suppliers.

Cost Management: Oversee and control costs to align with the company’s financial targets.

Cost Analysis: Conduct comprehensive cost analyses and drive cost reduction initiatives across the procurement process.

Market Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze raw material price trends in the market.

Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and develop subordinates within the procurement team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure seamless manufacturing processes.

Age: 32 – 42 years old.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within the Manufacturing (MFG) business.

Proven ability to read and accurately interpret technical drawings.

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as stamping, machining, or molding.

Strong cost awareness with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and work well under pressure.

Good communication skills in English.

Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
