✔Fixed Assets Control:
✔Oversee the tracking and management of fixed assets, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.
✔Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of fixed asset records and compliance with relevant regulations.
✔Inventory Control:
✔Monitor inventory levels, perform regular audits, and reconcile physical stock counts with system records.
✔Identify and resolve discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
✔Fixed Cost Control:
✔Monitor and analyze fixed costs, such as rent, utilities, and insurance.
✔Provide regular reports and analysis on fixed costs to the team, highlighting any variances or trends that require attention.
✔Business Plan:
✔Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s business plan by providing valuable financial insights and recommendations.
✔Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgeting, and financial modeling to support the achievement of business objectives.

✔Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✔Aged 35 – 39 years old
✔Experienced in accounting, financial analysis, and controlling fixed assets, inventory, and fixed costs
✔Proficiency in using accounting software (MS Dynamic NAV) and MS Office(Excel) for financial analysis and reporting.
✔Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔Experienced in relevant field 5-10 years
✔Good command of English (TOEIC at minimum 550)
