About the Company: Our client is a global leader in the PCB and electronic manufacturing equipment industry. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to act as a “Player-Manager,” driving personal sales while leading a dedicated team.

Sales & Business Development: Actively visit customers, manage the end-to-end sales process from negotiation to closing, and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.

Team & Distributor Management: Act as a Player-Manager by leading a sales team (including 1 Senior Sales) and managing distributors to ensure overall business growth and sales targets are met. Report directly to the Japanese Managing Director.

Strategic Planning: Develop and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans for the team.

Marketing & Analysis: Plan and execute marketing initiatives such as trade shows, exhibitions, and email campaigns. Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the internal engineering team to ensure smooth project execution and maximum customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Documentation: Prepare professional sales documents (quotations, forecasts, customer records) and communicate regularly with the overseas head office to align on global targets.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any related field. (Thai nationality only).

Language Skills: Conversational Japanese communication skills required (to communicate with the MD and Japanese clients). Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing) with a minimum TOEIC score of 450.

Experience: Proven experience in managing a sales team and handling distributors. Background in the PCB or Electronics industry, as well as experience working in a Japanese company, is highly advantageous.

Mobility: Must hold a valid driver’s license and own a private vehicle. Able to travel upcountry and independently overseas (ASEAN, East Asia, India) on a frequent basis.

Total Expected Package: ~68,000 THB/Month (Base Salary 50,000+ THB based on experience + Transportation Allowance 18,000 THB).

Allowances: Generous Per Diem for domestic and overseas travel.
